Cheryl brings a rich tapestry of experience to her coaching practice. A graduate of GCI’s internationally accredited Process Oriented Executive & Systems Coaching Program, Cheryl also has qualifications in psychology, is a course leader for the NEABPD relationship skills program and has experience as a crisis counsellor and crisis call centre team leader.
A variety of leadership roles, both at organisational and Board level, have enriched her understanding of workplace dynamics, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of both personal and professional landscapes.
Cheryl’s approach is holistic and tailored, embracing mediation, relationship skills, change management and leadership challenges alongside voice and performance coaching for performers, leaders and public speakers. Cheryl also works with clients facing personal life challenges as well as issues with anxiety, motivation, emotional dysregulation, self-belief and more.
